QUITE BOOK

Hello guys, so do you guys know what is quite book? so today i'm gonna share with you guys what is quite book because the quite book are relate with my final product for my subject.

A quiet book is a book (usually made out of fabric) and mostly people will use felt fabric. It's filled with quiet activities for children and used for special times, like church, when you need to keep children happy and quiet.

Quiet books can be made for any age children. Books for babies with fun, contrasting imagery as well as books for older children containing pieces and game boards for classics like hangman, checkers, and tic tac toe. The typical target age range for quiet books is about two to five, focusing on skills like matching, sorting, imaginative play, and getting dressed (zippers, ties, lacing, etc.)

Some people design their pages to be sewn together in a permanent book, while others add grommets to their pages and make books with interchangeable pages.

EMBROIDERING ON MINKY FABRIC

Minky fabric is fuzzy, cuddly fabric perfect for kids projects, including baby items like blankets, quilts, and toy blocks. 

Project Needs & Notes: - Minky fabric, also known as Minkee,   cuddle cloth, and microfiber plush - Medium-weight (2.5 ounce) cutaway stabilizer - Lightweight water-soluble stabilizer One of the most popular fabrics to use for baby items is Minky. It's also called Minkee, cuddle cloth, and microfiber plush. Minky fabric is very soft, aand strertchy. It's a polyester knit, which means it's durable and washes up very well. Some Minky fabric will have stripes, other have dots. All have a furry nap. When choosing designs for this type of fabric. Select design that have solid simple fills or applique designs. Those types of designs will work very well to hold down the nap of the fabric. For example, this sheep design has a simple fill, but enough stithes to hold down the nap. Minky is so very stretchy , it needs cutaway stabilizer. Cutaway stabilizer is the non-stretch foundation that will ensure that embroidery looks great with no puckering or misalignment of stitches. Use a lightweight water-soluble stabilizer on the top to serve as topping. That prevents the stitches from sinking down and getting lost in the nap of fabric. Hoop all three layers together. A size 11 or 75/11 embroidery needle is a good choice when embroidering onto Minky fabric.   After embroidering, tear the water-soluble stabilizer away from the top. Trim away the excess cutaway stabilizer from the back. BEAUTIFUL BABY BLANKET.

Minky is a special type of plush fabric that is often used to make baby blankets, baby clothing and baby accessories. Minky fabric is like fleece – but softer and thicker. The high quality of minky fabric prevents its colors from fading and its warmth from decreasing over time. 
minky fabric finds itself in a world above all other fabrics. In terms of comfort, it triumphs over fleece with its thick, plush feel that provides unparalleled warmth. It climbs the charts in durability as its colors do not fade like many cotton fabrics. This fabric is being talked about for a reason. It is warm, durable and comes in a large variety of patterns and colors. Dotted minky fabric creates beautiful baby blankets, patterned minky fabric makes fun pajama pants, and solid minky fabric works perfectly for the backing of a minky quilt.

After first being used to make soft, cuddly baby blankets, minky fabric was used to make small stuffed animals, pillows, diaper covers, baby clothes, car seat covers, shopping cart seat covers, bibs, burp clothes, and changing pad covers. At the same time that manufacturers were creating everything they could think of to warm and comfort babies, others took a look at bringing the warmth and comfort of minky fabric to children, teenagers and adults.
